Through our diverse backgrounds and decades of experience, we were founded on ethical principles to serve communities far and abroad with their Real Estate needs. Trust, devotion, integrity, and reliability are just a few of the qualities we hold close to each purchase and sale.
In 2007, I received my real estate license and worked at a small company. In 2009, I was recruited to join Home Real Estate. Due to their training programs, lunch and learns, marketing team, and transaction coordinators, I couldn't say no. All of these services would allow me to be the best Realtor I could be. I have been at HOME ever since.
I love educating my clients about home ownership, and love helping first-time buyers stop paying rent and start building equity. I also love helping clients with their successive homes, and eventually investment properties. This is something I am passionate about, and have personal experience with as well. We personally own 17 rental units plus our personal residence, because we believe that owning real estate is a great investment!
Marketing a seller's home is one of my favorite activities. I enjoy consulting with the sellers, staging the home, and executing a marketing plan to gain maximum exposure in as short of time as possible. Explaining the process as we go through inspections and appraisal and underwriting is appreciated by sellers and eventually results in a successful closing, so my sellers can move on with their lives.

As for my personal life, I am married to my husband Wayne, who owns a body shop in MIlford, NE. Here we raised our three children, Trevor, Cole, and Rachel, and still live in the same historic home we purchased in July 2000, though I confess to a few renovations along the way. We attend HIllcrest Evangelical Church in Seward, NE. In my free time, I study Spanish, enjoy decorating, baking, entertaining, exercise, especially playing pickleball, and our monthly card club, where we play 10 point pitch with our friends.
